Permanent Magnetic Lifters

Designed for performance and longevity, these lifting magnets are also very distinctive in style. Four sizes are available—250, 500, 1000 and 2000 Lb safe working loads—to best fit your light and heavy lifting needs. Each magnetic lifter features a smooth lever action that rotates just 90° from “off” to “on” to make the switching process easy.

Each and every lifting magnet is tested to exceed a 3-times safety factor (above industry standard), and each must undergo a high reluctant air-gap test. All Lifters have a unique lever locking system that permits single-hand operation allowing the operator to support the load properly. To further maximize safety, DocMagnet engineers have incorporated a lever-test position, so that questionable loads undergo a trial lift at partial power prior to lifting at full on.

All lifting magnets are designed with beveled pole shoes to permit lifting of round bars to a lesser capacity – see specs below.

Custom pole shoes can be designed and fitted to the lifters for special applications. DocMagnet also offer attachments for load rotation, spreader beams, etc., please do not hesitate to ask for further details.
